Some thoughts, comments and projects have recently exploded into the development of this illustrative sketch. It applies mainly to those arborists that may find themselves dealing with municipalities, especially in instances of infrastructure development and tree resource preservation.
I could add more circles, change how they interact exactly, or label them differently, no doubt. But, this is a good starting point in getting to the essence of how the celestial bodies of municipal arboriculture affect one another.
I believe the real success in these types of projects is in seeing more overlap in all the spheres in the illustration. Therefore, the preservation of tree resources can potentially bring communities, development teams, contractors and policymakers closer together. Collaboration is the gravitational force in this universe.
The goal, of course, is one perfect circle in which there are many.
